Big emphasis on Family The family culture is so engrained, you have to try hard NOT to be treated like family and treat others the same. Its amazing.

That family culture is so engrained, it breaks the status quo of separating work and home, which is okay. For those of us who are called to work in ministry, its a dream job.

Great work environment with strong leadership and employee focused. Internal policies and procedures are supportive of the organization while supporting employee needs. Purpose driven culture is strongly positive and one that reflects excellent teamwork.

Do not work at ALFC. They pay nothing, I mean peanuts even if you have all the degrees. They expect you to look and dress “business” but WILL NOT PAY YOU TO COVER THIS EXPENSE!!!. And yes, if you are not “family” forget it!! I agree, take your degree and go where you are appreciated and where they will pay you a “living” wage!!
