As an inclusive, affirming congregation, we honour the diversity of Gods creation. Our community is richer when we include people of all ages, gender identities, racial and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, abilities, economic circumstances and family configurations.

We seek to provide a safe space so that each person can bring every aspect of their whole self into participation within this congregation. We invite all to join into the life, leadership, witness and ministry at St. Andrews Barrie.As part of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, we support the incusion of LGBTQI2S+ people to serve as ministers and elders. We define marriage as a covenant between two adults.

We are open to in-person services. Please join us in person this Sunday at 10:30am. Our Covid-19 page lists the protocols that we must follow. We will still be live streaming our services each Sunday Morning at 10:30am. If you choose to join by zoom, click on the camera icon.

St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 900 Douglas Street  Victoria Online ...

We date our beginnings from 4th May 1847. Construction of the Church building commenced in December of that year. The Church finally opened for public worship on 7th April 1850 and we have been worshipping here every Sunday since then. St. Andrew’s comprises of English and Indonesian speaking components with separate language services available for each group. We come from all over the greater Auckland area because we find a special ministry here in this place along with a warm and caring fellowship.
