Ricochets from player thrown BB grenades are treated as fragmentation and will count as a hit.
Suicide devices have a 20 ft. kill radius, are triggered by showing the device and saying BOOM, and can not be triggered by a dead or wounded player.
Smoke may not be used inside of buildings.

General Rules Safety Requirements & Age Requirements
ALL OUTDOOR VANGUARD EVENTS ARE LIMITED TO BIO BBs ONLY!
All VE players are REQUIRED to wear full seal to the face ANSI 787.1 rated eye protection while in any active AO.
All players must have a red Dead Rag on their person while in the AO.
All weapons must be inspected and chrono prior to use in the AO at each event.
While outside the AO, pistols must be holstered, and on Safe when possible. All other weapons must have the magazine removed and the chamber cleared.
All participants must have a waiver on file with VE and the venue.
All players need to have Emergency Medical Card on their person at all times.
All players under the age of 18 must a Responsible Party 18 years or older on site during the event.
Individual role limitations and exceptions apply
Players may share magazines freely with other players.
Players may ONLY reload magazines at a FOB unless otherwise stated.
A hit or kill occurs when a BB hits a player, or anything that player is wearing.
All players are allowed to carry up to 2 ACE style bandages . NO TOURNIQUETS. Medics and Squad Leaders may carry as many bandages as they like.
No real steal guns are allowed in the AO. Any real steel guns need to remain secured in your POV at all times
No alcohol is allowed in the AO or Staging area.
