Pastor Of Congregational Care
Rev. Allen oversees Hospitality, Ushers, Hostesses, Deacons, Nurses of Faith, Baptism, Communion, Baby Dedication, and Facilities. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota Rev. Allen has over 30 years of corporate management and sales experience coupled with ministry leadership and servanthood. A graduate of Morehouse College and a certified Life Coach, Rev. Allen embraces the word of God as total truth. His spiritual commitment is reflected in I Corinthians 9:19 KJV: For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself a servant unto all, that I might gain the more. Rev. Allen and his wife Yolanda have been married for 30 years and they have three children. Earl, Alexis, and Ari.

Also, because Orlando is a large metroplex, and our family drives very long distances, it is not physically possible for some to attend the mid-week service. This is why we have formed iGroups all over Central Florida and beyond. An iGroup is sponsored by a church member in their home or place of business and the group participates in the service together. You can certainly watch on your own computer or device, however, we encourage believers to congregate together.
Hebrews 10:25 says, And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of His return is drawing near.

How Do I Get Involved
Just take the next step. Being part of a local church is easy.
Step One: Worship God. We worship God by encountering Him in both personal and corporate worship. We take the Word of God seriously, and you have the opportunity to engage in worship and teaching from the Word of God with us! Preaching and corporate worship take place on Sunday mornings.
Step Two: Loving the Church. We love each other by fellowshipping, serving one another, and getting involved in church activities. Life is not meant to be lived alone fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ will enrich your life!
Step Three: Reaching Out. We impact the world by preaching the Gospel to those around us, and by living by the example of Christ.

Faith Family Church’s Senior Pastor
Pastor Andy is the Founding Pastor of Faith Family Church. He spent 11 years in the USAF as a pilot and separated in 1988 to attend Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He served six years on the pastoral staff of Rhema Bible Church before moving to Chandler to pioneer Faith Family Church in 1994.
Debra served on the campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate as well as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a billion dollar per year company. She also served in a multitude of ministries within the local church. She is the Executive Director for Life Christian Childcare at Faith Family Church. Pastor Andy and Debra have a deep love for the Lord, for each other and for their children.
