This phrase from the Bible has often been used to suggest that we have the potential power to manifest positive circumstances in our lives with our own minds. The concept, known as the Power of Manifestation, is the ability to positively create or change our reality into something new and better. Many self-help gurus suggest that through the power of manifestation your positive thoughts can be materialized into tangible circumstances.
Proponents of this as a man thinks, so is he self-help mantra assert: Do you want to be successful? Willfully choose success. Do you want peace and happiness? Then dwell on these things. Some people even claim that the Bible supports this concept when the Apostle Paul writes, Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirableif anything is excellent or praiseworthythink about such things .
Yet is the power of manifestation truly biblical or sinful? What does the Bible say about someone trying to manifest or create their own reality? Is manifestation a sin? Are there verses in the Bible like Proverbs 23:7 and Philippians 4:8 that support this concept of manifestation?
So What Is The Problem With Manifestation
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.

Manifestation goes against what Proverbs 3:5-6 says. We end up leaning on ourselves and our own understanding, we do not acknowledge God or His path for us. More specifically, manifestation puts our timing over Gods timing, puts the things we want above God, and finally, it makes the manifester god.
What Is The Difference Between Manifestation And Prayer
Manifesting involves using my thoughts to bring about my desired result. Prayer allows me to access Gods power. God to allow his will come to fruition through my daily life.
The process of manifesting requires faith in myself. Am I able to think with confidence to bring about positive results within my own life? Is prayer a time to trust in God and submit in His direction? Do I believe that God is a loving God who is in my best interests mind so that I can give my life and decision to God?
The biggest issue most of us face is that we do not believe in God. We believe that our methods are superior to Gods, and therefore the notion of manifesting can be appealing because I have control over the thoughts in my head. However, I am unable to manage God. When you dont have a relationship with God, its terrifying.

We Make Idols Of Whatever We Want
I know what it’s like to want something deeply. You want it badly and you want it now. If only you can get it, you will be very happy and all will be well in your world. But the problem with wanting too much is that you can create an idol out of the desired outcome. We focus on it every day and create a vision board so that we can always see if we are doing all we can to make our dreams come true. There is nothing wrong with focusing on what you want to achieve. After all, success comes from strategic direction. But we have to include God in everything we do. He must be at the center of our desires. He has to be the one we want to please, not ourselves, but the one we want to obey.

Christianity and laws of attraction can be very different in the fact that laws of attraction attribute their manifestation to the universe but as a Christian, you need to attribute your manifestation to God. If you look at the Bible verse above, then you can clearly see that God is one that brings about things into your world, things that you have hoped for, and things that are not unseen.
I have seen many Christians who believe in God and also attribute things to the universe. To make it short, the universe is God. God is the one that is going to make your manifestation come to the past and God is the one that you should be thanking and praying to every day in order to get your manifestation.

People who have a lot of theoretical knowledge about the bible, name manifestations as demonic, just because it doesnt fit in their thinking boxes. But that is not a biblical way of checking. This way you can severely misunderstand the Spirit of God like the bible experts did who lived in Jesus time.

What is a sin? According to the Bible, sin is failing to meet the standards of Gods moral law. Sin can include actions like stealing and murder attitudes like envy and bitterness words like lying and gossip and motivations like unholy desires for possessions and selfish promotion.
What if a sin doesnt hurt anyone? What makes an action, attitude, word, or motivation sinful is that it violates Gods clear instruction in the Bible. God tests our patients and He knows better when to provide us things when to fulfill our desires, He decides when our dreams come true, etc. God is not slow to fulfill our wishes, dreams, promises, because Allah Almighty knows everything and tests our souls, minds, patience, etc.
Everything you achieve or desire such as money, excellent job, business growth, the best soulmate, happy marriage, true relationships, dream lifestyle, dream car, dream house, beautiful family, etc, God knows and we also request or pray to come true our dreams.
But when we dont get anything, we try another way to achieve them that is totally wrong. Manifesting process and techniques shows we can manifest everything easily and it removes Gods concept which is bad and wrong. We should learn to wait for Gods call and need to believe that one day God will make everything true for us.

Well shift away from the idea that Im not going to manifest my desires, and Im going to manifest what God desires for me. But, I have another issue, and it is a thought that arises from that. Am I using my thoughts to influence God to grant me what I desire, or what I believe He would like for me?

An infamous book about a mystical secret tells people to use occult practices to make their desires come true. It says that you can attract what you want by focusing strongly on it. Theres nothing secret about this secret.
Its the oldest temptation. The temptation to be like God .
Manifesting encourages going so far into making your own decisions that you attempt to be the god of your own lifeso you can get what you want when you want it.
God Rebukes His Own Prophet Samuel Because He Judged On The Basis Of His Human Perception
Samuel saw the sons of Isai and found that they physically met the criteria to become the next king of Israel. But God reproached Samuel and said:
You look at the outward appearance, but I LOOK AT THE HEART.
This is a distinguishing mark of us people: we are not used to look deeper than the superficial, visible and audible. What we tend to do too quickly is think: It looks like this, so I am convinced that is such and such. This is however not a valid way to determine if a manifestation is from God or not. Gods word says:
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
