God’s Reality Direct Communication Inaccessible

HIDDEN BIBLE TEACHING Explains How To Talk To God (Warning!! Instant Results!!)

Justin V. Deverse, Bahai teacher

There is certainly spiritual inspiration, but the source depends on our perspective. Baha’u’llah taught there can be no direct relationship between God, the unknowable ultimate reality and human beings. Direct communication would imply equity. The purpose of the manifestations of God, those originators of the world’s great religions, is to mediate and make God’s will known to us. Our own transcendent connection is through prayers and readings revealed by God’s messengers, in language imbued with special potency. The Baha’i writings express that while in the state of prayer, and careful meditation after, inspiration may be offered. The wealth of the other world is nearness to God. Consequently, it is certain that those who are near the Divine Court are allowed to intercede, and this intercession is approved by God. We must therefore be open, but carefully discern the source to remove our own desires or inclinations.

Powerful Bible Quotes About Talking To God

The Bible is God talking to us. But we can also talk to God through prayer. God loves us, so He wants to hear us, and the Bible tells us how we can pray according to His will. So read through these 18 powerful Bible quotes about talking to God and learn how it is best to talk to the Almighty!

How Do I Talk To God

Billy Graham: Prayer is simply talking to Godand the most important thing I can say about this is that God wants you to talk to Him! He loves us and He has promised to hear us when we pray. How can you learn to pray? First, understand why prayer is possible.

Prayer is possible because Jesus Christ has removed the barrier between us and Goda barrier caused by our sins. You see, sin separates us from God, and because of that we have no right to come before Him. But by His death on the cross, Christ paid the penalty for our sins and removed the barrier. God then gives us the privilege of coming into His presence when we commit our lives to Christ.

The Bible says, Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need . If you have never done so, ask Christ to come into your life today.

Then understand that God now welcomes you into His presence and promises to hear youand He cannot lie. The Bible says, This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us . Trust His promises and learn to bring every concern to Him in prayer.

Spiritual Guidance Comes From God Alone

The Bible teaches that spiritual guidance should be sought from God alone through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. He has provided everything we need for this life in his Holy Word:

As we know Jesus better, his divine power gives us everything we need for living a godly life. He has called us to receive his own glory and goodness!

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right. It is God’s way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do.

Jesus is the only mediator we need between this world and the world to come:

For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and people. He is the man Christ Jesus.

That is why we have a great High Priest who has gone to heaven, Jesus the Son of God. Let us cling to him and never stop trusting him.

Our God is a living God. Believers have no reason to seek the dead:

When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? Consult Gods instruction and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.

Talking To The Dead In The Bible

Come & Talk with Me
  • The Old Testament teaches that believers are defiled by their attempts at communicating with the dead, a practice that is detestable to God.
  • The New Testament instructs believers to seek guidance from God and his Spirit only.
  • The Bible reveals that psychic experiences are real but demonic, and that deceiving sprits are counterfeits for the true Spirit of God.

Prayer Is Personal Not A Show

When we decide to talk with God, we should find a quiet spot. Jesus instructed His followers to go into a room and shut the door to enjoy privacy in communication with Godour communication is not for show, after all . Make sure all distractions like radios or televisions are turned off.

At first we may feel embarrassed to kneel to pray. Thats okay. We just need to realize that our Father wants to hear from His children. We do not need to be embarrassed in any way when we come to Him in prayer.

Many people try to set aside a regular time of the day to pray. This can help prevent all the activities of life from crowding out our time with God. Making prayer part of our daily schedule can help us fulfill our commitment.

The Bible tells us both King David and the prophet Daniel found time to pray three times a day .

Of course, we can be very thankful that we can go to God at any timewe dont have to have an appointment!

Then all we have to do is start talking. Is that all there is to how to talk to God? In a sense, thats it.

Who Receives This Spiritual Gift

It is expressed in the Bible that not all believers will receive this gift: God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? 1 Corinthians 12:28-30. We can see here that only some will receive the gift to speak in tongues, just as only some are called to be apostles, etc.

As with all gifts of the Spirit, the speaking of tongues is not necessarily a sign of spiritual maturity. Many of the Corinthians spoke in tongues but Paul states that they were babes in Christ. However, when used in an orderly and appropriate manner, it can be used to build up the individual and other members of the body of Christ.

Speaking In Tongues For Edification

Speaking in tongues in itself can benefit a person. Paul states: He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself. 1 Corinthians 14:4. Speaking in tongues can help you express what is in your spirit and which you cannot express with words. Paul makes it clear that the best way to edify the church is to speak prophetically, with plain words that build faith and understanding for all who hear the message. I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all yet in the church I would rather speak five words with my understanding, that I may teach others also, than ten thousand words in a tongue. 1 Corinthians 14:18-19.

However, speaking in tongues can also be of profit to all in a Christian assembly if it is interpreted to a common language of those in the gathering: How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification. If anyone speaks in a tongue, let there be two or at the most three, each in turn, and let one interpret. 1 Corinthians 14:26-27.

When used in this way, the gift of tongues should be used to emphasize and support the spiritual message, and not because you feel strongly moved in your emotions. In this way, others besides the one speaking in tongues will be edified.

Did You Know God Speaks To Us Through The Bible

Is God Talking to Me? | Sunday School lesson for kids

1. Did you know God speaks to us through the Bible?

The Holy Scriptures, Old and New Testaments, are the written Word of God, given by divine inspiration through holy men of God who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. In this Word, God has committed to man the knowledge necessary for salvation. The Holy Scriptures are the infallible revelation of His will. They are the standard of character, the test of experience, the authoritative revealer of doctrines, and the trustworthy record of God’s acts in history.

God desires a personal relationship with us

Every Moment Through Everything

ElizaBeth Webb Beyer, Temple Beth Or rabbi

From G-ds dwelling place, G-d carefully tends all inhabitants of Earth . According to some, hagacha pratit is a fundamental concept that everything one sees, hears, feels or experiences is compliments of the Holy One who is always watching over us and guiding us at every moment. In other words, a heron doesnt catch a particular fish nor a leaf doesnt fall from a tree and land in a particular place unless G-d oversees it. Thus, G-d watches over animals and even inanimate objects.

Maimonides finds the Creator and Creations are inextricably involved in relationship. You should know that everything is done according to will, and nevertheless our actions are in our hands . There is a connection between our intentions and desires and G-ds intervention and interactions with us. G-d speaks to us every moment, guiding us individually. However, some disagree.

What Does The Bible Say About Trusting God

Perhaps the most foundational element of any relationship is trust. No kinship can function properly without it. When trust is lacking, personal unions break down and we retreat into suspicion and defensiveness. Our society would falter if businesses and individuals didnt extend basic trust to one another. A lack of trust in those who can help us can lead to ruin. I may die if Im having a heart attack but refuse to call 9-1-1 because I distrust medical personnel.

This is one reason trust plays such a key role in the life of faith. If we fail to trust God, we lose our connection with the Source of ultimate truth, and hinder our relationship with the One who created us and loves us with infinite love.

Scripture has much to say about trusting God and having faith in God. These two terms have essentially the same meaningto trust God is the same as having faith in Godso well use them interchangeably as we explore what the Bible says about this vital issue.

We should first address a common misconception about faith in God: that its a leap into the dark also known as blind faith or as Mark Twain wryly put it, Believing what you know aint so. Although this is how modern Western culture views religious faith , nothing could be further from the truth.

A believers faith in God rests on a number of solid foundations, including

to name a few. Rather than a leap into the dark, trusting in God is a leap into the light!

What Does The Bible Say About Giving And Receiving

In the final hours with His disciples, Jesus sets a powerful example to serve one another by washing their feet and gives them a new commandment to focus on love.

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. John 13:35.

The book of Acts records that the early church took this teaching to heart. Believers met together in their homes to break bread, teach and worship, and they also sold their possessions and shared freely with those in need

The body of believers is meant to be a community, united in love, that openly blesses one another when a need arises and simply just because it can.

As we enter the Christmas season in Park Regency, it’s important to remember the act of giving first started with God and that our own gifts are a way to honor Him and to extend His love to others.

The Bible states that God loves a cheerful giver and that Jesus taught it is better to give then receive . These teachings aren’t meant to burden us with the pressure to give during the holiday or any other time but rather to encourage us that, when we are focused on Him and filled with His love, giving comes naturally. The joy we experience in knowing how much God treasures each one of us makes us want others to know the happiness this truth brings.
