In answering this question, it is important to assert the question does not originate with me, lest someone out there think that I am bringing some new doctrine out to bolster the political climate. But as the study of Bible prophecy includes verbiage as to the behavior of the one called that Wicked by Paul in II Thessalonians, it is not only a legitimate question to ask, but also one to answer.
While the word homosexual is not in the Bible, the behavior of those who practice homosexuality, and Gods estimation of them, very definitely is. When the word came into existence I cannot tell you, but what we can say for sure is that when Noah Webster published his first dictionary in 1828, it was not included. This means that homosexuality is a modern word invented to replace the word Noah Webster did include, sodomy, defined as a crime against nature. This is historical revisionism in action.
Sodomy is defined in scripture by two things, the first being that of where it began: Sodom. In Genesis 13:13 we have the first mention of the men of Sodom, pronouncing that they were wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly. Their saga is continued in chapters 18 and 19 with their sin being so great that not only does God say that it is very grievous, but he himself comes down to destroy them with fire, the rubble of which still stands as a warning to us today.

The Revelation Of The Antichrist
All of this is paving the way for the Antichrist himself to appear and get rid of any pretence of religion. He will do away with God altogether. He will perform signs and wonders to prove to the world once and for all that mankind is self-sufficient.
Mankind is ready to embrace just such a person. Someone who does not interfere with their comfortable lives who will be a force outside themselves to realize their thoughts and dreams of peace and harmony on earth a world of tolerance, love, and goodwill, without any personal cost to themselves. And the Antichrist will be able to accomplish this.
The name of Antichrist has been synonymous with evil down through the ages, but the truth is that when he is finally revealed, the majority of people will not recognize him as the Antichrist. He will not appear repellent on the contrary, he will be someone who is talented, and ambitious to solve the worlds problems. He will advance what is already in the process of becoming a reality that the world can become a paradise of mans own making, without God. The world will believe that with the Antichrist at the helm, mankind can accomplish anything.
Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. Revelation 13:6.
When that happens then Satan will finally have what he has always wanted. He will be seen as equal to God. He will have control of a world that has no need for God.

False Apostles Deceitful Workers
- They will come posing as legitimate religious teachers. In 2 Corinthians 11:13 Paul identified these people as false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. Continuing, Paul stated that these people who appeared as ministers of righteousness were simply following Satans example of presenting himself as an angel of light .
This false teaching, which Paul called the mystery of lawlessness, had already begun in the first century and continues today.
Paul grieved at the thought of such deceitful savage wolves leading people astray. How can we know who is a legitimate minister of God? God, through the prophet Isaiah, said, To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them . True ministers of Jesus Christ will teach what Jesus taught!

Examples Of False Teaching
We could write entire books on this, but let’s address some examples of false teaching that has infiltrated the church today.
“God won’t give you more than you can handle.”
God does, in fact, give us far more than we can handle on our own. Take a look at the life of Job. He loses his family, his home, his wealth. And so he turns to the Lord. But even his own wife told him to curse God and die. Because he cannot handle that much tragedy on his own.
The Separation Of God And Mankind
Sin is the cause of separation between God and mankind. When sin is put off, we are unified with God. The spirit of Antichrist allows the sins that separate us from God to live by covering them with tolerance, “love”, and freedom. Gods word clearly states what is right and wrong, what is sinful and what is pure. But when enough people live in sin, for instance adultery, it is no longer considered sin. Gods laws are rejected, and the laws of society, and eventually even the laws of the nations, change to accommodate this adjusted view of what is right and wrong.
So impurity and sin are allowed to live, and mankind grows farther and farther away from God which is exactly Satans intention. The majority of the world has given over to this spirit, because it allows them to live comfortably, without a guilty conscience. This has been done under the covering of religion, and forgiveness of sin without ceasing from sin, in the past. However, in the times we live in now, humanism is more and more taking over the role that religion used to play. Mankind is more and more reliant on itself and being governed by itself, rather than being led by any higher power.

The Distinction Of The Mark
Revelation 13:18 tells us that the Beasts number is 666. Students of prophecy have made many fanciful observations about this number. For instance, it first appears in the Bible in verse 18, which is 6+6+6. Goliath was six cubits tall, his spears head weighed six shekels, and he had six pieces of armor. Nebuchadnezzars statue in Daniel was 60 cubits tall, six cubits wide, and six musical instruments summoned the worshipers. These and similar observations are just thatobservations. They tell us nothing about the meaning of the number of the Beast. No one knows what 666 means.
The False Prophet In The Book Of Revelation
From the prophets of Baal who challenged Elijah on Mount Carmel to cult leader David Koresh, the world has known its share of false prophets. And the Bible says more will come. During the second half of the Tribulation, Satan will empower a false prophet to deceive the world into worshiping the Antichrist. We do not know when the Rapture and subsequent Tribulation will occur, but the False Prophet may be alive today.

In Revelation 13:1-10, John saw a beast rising out of the sea of humanitya composite of the four wild animals Daniel saw in his Vision of the Four Beasts . They represented four world kingdoms: Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. While this beast will have attributes of the others, he will be more powerful and fierce than any of the others. He will be well-spoken, intelligent, authoritative, and cruel. This beast represents the Antichrist.

John And The Revelation
Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten diadems, and on his heads were blasphemous names. 2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority. 3 I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast 4 they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like the beast?
The seven churches in Revelation 2 and 3 look like what Peter, Paul, and John wrote of the early church. The Book of Revelation, however, steps into the last moments of the church on earth. The many false teachers retreat behind the scenes and join the other worshipers of the Beastno doubt the Antichrist. The dragon stands on the seashore, evidently, instrumental in raising the Beast from the sea with all the power of the earth, wearing ten crowns and matched with great, unsurpassed earthly powers. The dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority.
Regardless of ones eschatological bent, we ought to agree that a world figure, empowered by the devil, will have a voracious appetite for our devoted worship. The believers reluctance to worship will be the reason for him to make them his prey.

And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, those who dwell in heaven .
The blasphemies of verse 5 are expanded here in verse 6 against three targets: God, His Name, and His tabernacle. Most prominent is his unwillingness to recognize or respect God, the giver of life. Instead, he claims all such authority for himself. Blasphemies against God include wild ravings against Gods Name, and His tabernacle. John explains them as those who dwell in heaven. This probably does not refer to believers as they have no power, but of the angels, those that surround Him in glory.
Jude notes this open opposition to God and his angels through the false prophets. Yet in the same way these men, also by dreaming, defile the flesh, and reject authority, and revile angelic majesties .
Revelation refers to tabernacle four times, including here.

The False Prophet Will Be Allied With The Antichrist And Satan
Once the Antichrist and the False Prophet emerge on the world stage, Satan will establish an unholy trinity. Just as the Holy Spirit leads people toward Jesus Christ, the False Prophet will point people to worship the Antichrist. And mimicking the relationship between God the Father and Jesus Christ, the Antichrist will receive his power and authority from Satan. This blasphemous trio will control every aspect of society and seek to steal Gods glory.
Revelation pairs the Antichrist and the False Prophet significantly: The formers focus will be politics while the latters emphasis will be religion. In the Churchs absence, the unholy trinity will establish false doctrines to solidify the Antichrists political power. Satan has used this strategy throughout history. Whenever there is a spiritual vacuum, political power marries itself to false religion to give itself a mark of acceptability. Even secular belief systems like communism, atheism, and materialism cannot get away from religion. Their religion is anti-god, but it is a faith system nonetheless. During the Great Tribulation, Satan will use religion to unite the world under the leadership of the Antichrist.

Temptation Is Not Sin Yielding To Temptation Is
With that background, Paul exhorted believers not to make the same choices the Israelites madenot to provoke God’s discipline by willfully sinning. None of us is above God’s discipline if we engage in sin. We must look for and take “the way of escape” God provides in every situation where temptation is found . To think our temptation is unique is to believe a lie. “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man” . There are no “new” temptations in life.
The apostle James argued that if temptation becomes serious, it is because we have allowed it to do so. Our own “desires” entice us away from God and desire “gives birth to sin” . God doesn’t tempt us, but He may allow temptation to enter our lives in order to give us opportunities to make obedient and mature choices.
Jesus was tempted by Satan in the wilderness, and He took the same means of escape that is available to usobedience to God’s Word . Temptation is not sin yielding to temptation is. There is always a righteous choice to be made if we are willing to seek it.

What Are The Characteristics Of The Antichrist
We’ve touched on some of this briefly in the previous section. The Antichrist lies and comes against the people of God. We also know from the Daniel passage that the Antichrist will attempt to change the laws, calendars, and the timing of things. But what else do we know about this figure from the End Times?
Daniel 7:8: “I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.”
These horns have crowns on them . In other words, the Antichrist will rule over a great deal of land. We hear the phrase “One world order” tossed around a lot these days in Christian circles. This essentially means that the Antichrist will falsely unite the nations under the guise of peace. However, he will wage war against the people of God.
Revelation 13:13-14: “It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived.”
Great signs and wonders will be performed to lead people astray. We should also note that people will find the Antichrist to be attractive, appealing, likable. He will sway them with their false words and empty promises.

Gretchen Whitmer encouraging vaccines in Michigan: Diabolical Michigan Governor Whiter wants her citizens to get the Mark of the Beast to participate in society.
According to Evans studies, the majority of mark of the beast believers appear to be politically conservative and from Protestant Christian backgrounds.
People with spiritual beliefs that all things are influenced by religion are more likely to believe mark of the beast, which is in every Christians Bible, but people will focus on particular passages in the Bible to support their belief system, Evans said.

He Will Display Miraculous Powers
Paul knew that this man of lawlessness would dazzle those who are deceived and that is why many will worship him. In 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 Paul writes that The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. The sad fact is that people will be so far removed from knowing Jesus Christ that they wont recognize the true God from the false one. These powers are also mentioned in Revelation 13:13 as he performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven, to the earth in full view of the people. The difference is Jesus never performed miracles to draw attention to Himself but to glorify God. The Anti-Christ will try and draw glory to himself with miracles .
