Will God Protect His Children Through The Seven Last Plagues

Many Bible teachers mistakenly teach that the Church will not go through the last seven plagues but will be raptured to heaven. The Bible teaches that Gods Church will surely be here during the last plagues, but the good news is that His people will be divinely protected from them. Lets examine the Bible:
The plagues will fall only on those who receive the , not on those who dont .
The plagues are called the wrath of God , and the wrath of God falls only on the disobedient, not the obedient .
The final plagues are called the seven last plagues which are similar to the ten plagues that fell upon Egypt during the time of Moses. During each of those earlier plagues, Gods people remained right in the midst of Egypt , yet they were divinely protected.
Notice how the Lord fully protected the Israelites during the plagues:

So the LORD did this thing on the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died; but of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died .

Those Jews and evangelical Christians who say an undivided Jerusalem should be the eternal capital of Israel have a ready answer for anyone who questions that claim: The Bible says so.
The most often-cited text is 2 Chronicles 6:5-6, wherein King Solomon quotes God as saying, “Since the day that I brought my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city in all the tribes of Israel in which to build a house, that my name might be there, and I chose no man as prince over my people Israel;but I have chosen Jerusalem that my name may be there and I have chosen David to be over my people Israel.”
The Bible could hardly be more clear, it would seem.

Why Stand With Israel Today
Israel is a land about which God says uniquely, prophetically, redemptively, and repeatedly in the Bible This is Mine. God refers to Israel as He does to no other land on Earth. Israel was raised up to be a light to the Gentiles.
The Church at its inception was virtually entirely Jewish, and it remained so until the Gospel began to spread. Ultimately the Gospel spread to Antioch, where the first Gentile congregation began, the base from which the Gospel spread into all the world.
In the book of Romans, chapters 9 through 11, the apostle Paul deals with the question of the Jews in Gods providence and purpose. Within the whole of the Bible, these three chapters virtually stand alone as an elaboration of the theology of Gods dealing with Jews.
The Jews were the firstfruitthe first people to understand a covenant God. They then relayed the riches of that truth to the world, and through their agency, the Messiah came into the world.
The Word of God calls Jews the root and Gentiles the branches. Were reminded that while because of unbelief, some of them were broken off and you stand by faith, we are not to become haughty but to fear: For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. When the fullness of the Gentiles is completed, all Israel will be saved.;

God Promises Abraham Land

The Prophecy Of Israels Miraculous Restoration
After centuries in exile, God once again brought His people back into their land. In my estimation the most amazing thing that has happened in recent history has not been the end of World War II or placing a man on the moon, but the day when Israel was reborn, reconstituted as a nation.
Through the prophet Amos, God said,
And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the way cities, and inhabit them, and they shall plant vineyards and drink the wine thereof; and they shall also make gardens and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.
God says, I’ll bring them back and plant them there, and no one will uproot them. God has brought them back to stay, regardless of what anyone says about it.
Why We Should Pray For Israel
There are dozens of Scriptures where God says that we should pray for the peace of Israel.; In Psalm 122:6 it says, Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure.; Not only does this say that we should pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and by extension, Israel, we read that those who love you be secure.; This is a clear signal that God would be pleased that we pray for Israels peace and safety because God is not giving up on Israel .
In the New Testament, Paul prayed for Israels salvation, saying, Brothers and sisters, my hearts desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved .; If Paul is telling the church that his hearts desire is to pray for Israel and that they may be saved that should clearly be our prayer for them also.; Believers today are grafted into the natural olive tree described as ethnic Israel for we are fellow citizens with Gods people and also members of his household .; Romans 11:24 is clear about this: After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!

2. Historic Examples of Israels Protection
Secondly, there are well-known examples of Gods intervention on behalf of His people:
- When the Egyptian army pursued the Israelites during the Exodus, God slowed them by removing their chariot wheels, and drowned them as the parted waters returned
- In the fifth century BC a number of Jews were still in Babylon under Persian rule. God used a brave Jewess, Queen Esther, to prevent the killing of Jews, both young and old
- God promised Joshua that, when the Israelite armies marched around Jericho seven times, blew their trumpets and shouted loudly, then Jericho would be given into their hands. When they did this the city walls fell flat
- When five kings went up with their armies and made war against the men of Gibeon, the LORD said to Joshua do not fear them, for I have delivered them into your hand. The armies fled, struck down by large hailstones. And the sun stood still until Israel had revenge on their enemies
Jerusalem: Capital City Of The King Of Kings
After Jesus puts down all who fight against Him at His return, He is going to establish the Kingdom of God here on earth. The Bible reveals that Jerusalem will be His capital city, and Gods laws and justice will flow out from it.

Many people shall come and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.;
He shall judge between the nations, and rebuke many people; they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore .
