Republicans And Democrats Have Very Different Beliefs About The Divine
Republicans and Democrats have very different notions about God. Among Republicans and those who lean toward the GOP, seven-in-ten say they believe in God as described in the Bible. Democrats and those who lean Democratic, by contrast, are far less likely to believe in God as described in the Bible , and are more likely than Republicans to believe in another kind of higher power . Democrats also are more likely than Republicans to say they do not believe in any higher power or spiritual force in the universe .
Additionally, while 85% of Republicans believe God loves all people, eight-in-ten believe God is all-knowing, and seven-in-ten believe God is all-powerful Democrats are less likely to express each of these views. Two-thirds of Republicans say they believe God possesses all three of these attributes, compared with roughly half of Democrats . Republicans also are more likely than Democrats to say God has protected, rewarded or punished them .
Among Democrats, the survey finds big differences between whites and nonwhites in views about God. Most nonwhite Democrats, who are predominantly black or Hispanic, say they believe in God as described in the Bible, and seven-in-ten or more say they believe God is all-loving, all-knowing or all-powerful, with two-thirds ascribing all of these attributes to God. In these ways, nonwhite Democrats have more in common with Republicans than they do with white Democrats.

National Blessings Are For All Nations Who Obey
God does promise to bless people and nations who do follow godly, biblical principles and nations who also befriend and give aid to the nation of Israel. God has said in relation to nations dealings with Israel, that He will bless those who bless her and curse those nations who curse Israel. God said this not only to Abraham, the father of the nation of Israel but also to Balaam in Numbers 23:8, But how can I curse those whom God has not cursed? How can I condemn those whom the LORD has not condemned? I believe there are two reasons that God has blessed the nations of Great Britain and the U.S. They have helped Israel and they have also had a foundation of biblical values, laws, and principles. The Bible was in every school in America. In the first universities, the Bible was studied and read, the Ten Commandments were in most establishments and in fact the first universities were actual seminaries as well. God therefore blessed this nation and will bless any nation that tries to obey God and what is written in Scripture.

Obedient to the New Testament command to preach the Gospel to all nations, ministers in all of the first British North American colonies strove to convert the local native populations to Christianity, often with only modest results. One of the most successful proselytizers was John Eliot , Congregational minister at Roxbury, Massachusetts. His translation of the Bible into the Algonquin Indian language is seen here. Are There Prophecies Of America
- There are actually no definitive Scriptures about the U.S.
There are some denominations that teach that the lost ten tribes of Israel still exist today in the present day nations of Europe and North America. For example, several churches teach that the descendants of Ephraim are in England, the descendants of Manasseh are in America, the descendants of Dan are in Denmark, and so on. These tribes were actually taken captive by the Assyrians and absorbed into their nation and eventually into other nations. Consequently, they lost their identity due to their disobedience of Gods laws and their national idolatry. Today, the descendants of the lost ten tribes are scattered throughout Europe and North America but the majority of them likely dont know that their original ancestors were from the House of Israel. They have completely lost their identity.
Key To The Prophecies Of The United States
In the book of Genesis we find that God made great promises to one manAbram, whose name was changed to Abraham. We read about this first in Genesis 12:1-3Genesis 12:1-3 Now the LORD had said to Abram, Get you out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you: And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great and you shall be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.American King James Version×: “Now the Lord had said to Abram: ‘Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation I will bless you and make your name great and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed'” .
Within God’s statement to Abram are two promises. The first is that God would make from him “a great nation.” Now when God calls something great, it is great!
And indeed, God’s promises of national greatness to Abraham’s descendants have been fulfilled among other great nationsnations related to the Jewish people, as we will see.

The Mysterious Beasts Of Revelation 13
Despite Americas status, many contemporary Bible commentators insist that the United States is not mentioned in Bible prophecy. They see the US fading into oblivion under a supposedly future New World Order dominated by the United Nations. In this article I want to give you something different to think about. I want to suggest the possibility that America is the exact power specifically mentioned in the following mysterious verse: Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. Revelation 13:11, NKJV.
Allow me to build my case. First, what is a beast? Answer: A great nation. The proof is in Daniel 7a chapter that clearly parallels Revelation 13. Both chapters talk about beasts, ten horns, a mouth speaking great things, and war on the saints. See Daniel 7:38, 21 and Revelation 13:17.
Daniel 7 describes four beasts: the lion, bear, leopard and dragon-like beast. An angelic interpreter confirmed: The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom on earth Daniel 7:23.
So we can nail this down: According to Scripture, a beast isnt a computer or super-evil person, but a kingdom. Thats what the angel said. Historically, the vast majority of Christian scholars have interpreted Daniels four beasts to represent the ancient nations of Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome.

How did Native American peoples get to North America after the Flood reduced mankind to eight people in the mountains of Ararat? Historically, the origin of all people groups begins at the Tower of Babel. Genesis 10:32 says:

Many commentators have pointed out that while religious observance in the Bible Belt is high, it is a region of a variety of social issues. Educational attainment and college graduation rates in the Bible Belt are among the lowest in the United States. Cardiovascular and heart disease, obesity, homicide, teenage pregnancy, and sexually transmitted infections are among the highest rates in the nation.
At the same time, the region is known for its conservative values, and the region is often considered to be a politically conservative region. The “red states” within the Bible Belt traditionally support Republican candidates for state and federal office. Alabama, Mississippi, Kansas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas have consistently pledged their electoral college votes to the Republican candidate for president in each presidential election since 1980. The Expulsion Of The Salzburgers
On October 31, 1731, the Catholic ruler of Salzburg, Austria, Archbishop Leopold von Firmian, issued an edict expelling as many as 20,000 Lutherans from his principality. Many propertyless Lutherans, given only eight days to leave their homes, froze to death as they drifted through the winter seeking sanctuary. The wealthier ones who were allowed three months to dispose of their property fared better. Some of these Salzburgers reached London, from whence they sailed to Georgia.
