First, believers are to have nothing to do with these things because it is of the devil and it will open you up to demons. Another thing you should know is that, there is no such thing as good magic or a good wizard. Stop deceiving yourself. Nothing that comes from the devil is ever good.

Seek the Lord in hard times not Satan. Many wiccans will try to justify their rebellion, but God will throw these same people in eternal hell fire. Repent and trust in Christ.

Shall we appeal for the living unto the dead? To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

I think it is possible to write about magic without encouraging people to practice magic. If were writing fantasy stories, we just have to be careful about the worlds we build. You wouldnt write a story that shows greed as the way to get rich and be happy. In a similar way, we dont want to write a story that shows magic as the key to success. How do we do that? I find two questions helpful in thinking this through:

• Where is the power coming from? and
• What are we implying about the use of magic in a moral sense?

Witchcraft is deceptive, dangerous, and deadly. God has warned us throughout the Bible to stay away from it. Lets heed his warning and dive into being filled with more and more of the Holy Spirit. This is not only the best help you will ever receive, it is the only spiritual assistance you will ever need.

This might also seem like stating the obvious but I have to say it. Just because a Christian writes a story, that doesnt automatically make it a good story. Nobody wants to read a thinly-veiled rant shoved into a story format. Nobody wants to read second-rate writing, whether a Christian wrote it or not. Writing a bad story is not loving the reader, its disresepectful. So learn how to craft stories to the best of your ability.

Please do not hear me saying that if you are not talented, you should not write. No, if your stories are not great, then please write more. The only way to get better is to practice. A lot. Have the humility to seek out criticism and feedback. Feedback will sting sometimes, but its the fastest way to improve. Its not about my talent or your talent, its about giving readers the best possible story we can.
